Hopeful Theatre Project – 2020

Dear Sister,
The Hopeful Theatre project began as a dream in the fall of 2018. We opened our first showcase, “Two Acts of Love”, February 16, 2019 to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities. We were overwhelmed by the amount of support that we had to continue making this dream a reality. The Hopeful Theatre Project is now a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the state of Texas founded on April 11, 2019. We have now produced 3 productions, raising over $7000 for local chapters of charities we believe in.
The Hopeful Theatre Project’s goal is to bring love, hope, and aid to the community by utilizing local talent through the performing arts to benefit various charity organizations. This February, we are presenting our third showcase “That Thing Called Love,” once again benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities. The showcase will be February 7th-9th at Theatre of North Texas.

The Hopeful Theatre Project is looking for some incredible individuals and organizations to join our team. A donation of any amount will help us with the upfront production costs required to make this event happen.

In addition to our sponsorship packages, we are looking for
supporters who are willing to donate items that are needed for our
production such as construction materials, meals for our cast, and
printing services. We can also accept donations of any amount, or
customize any of our sponsorship packages. Every dollar of ticket
sales for any Hopeful production goes directly to the charity we are
supporting; that is why we depend so heavily on sponsorships and

March 6-8, 2020 – 84th Texas State ADPi Convention in Dallas, TX

84th Alpha Delta Pi Texas State Convention

Registration for the 84th Alpha Delta Pi Texas State Convention is now open! We look forward to seeing you in Dallas the weekend of March 6-8, 2020. Please note that Friday, Feb. 14, 2020 is the last day to register at “Early Bird” pricing.

January 6-11, 2020 – ZX Recruitment Week Help Needed

From the chapter:

This year for recruitment week, Zeta Chi won’t be having a decorating committee like they have in the past. We need all hands on deck on the floor recruiting each day. We’re hoping that a handful of you would be willing and able to come into Waco for Formal Recruitment and help the recruitment team decorate. The nights that they would need your help are January 6th to the 11th. The first day of recruitment is the 7th and Bid Day is the 11th.

Support C.A.M.P University, co-founded by one of our sisters. C.A.M.P. University provides opportunities for special needs young adults to continue developing life and social skills after high school and provides a respite for their families. C.A.M.P. University is a day habilitation program that is offered to High School Graduates with intellectual delays. C.A.M.P. stands for Can Achieve Maximum Potential and is based on the belief that special education graduates can and should continue staying active socially, mentally, and physically in order to reach their own maximum potential. Although not an actual University, C.A.M.P. does provide ways for members to challenge themselves and explore interests.

Help Build a Safe House for Trafficking Victims

We came home from Las Vegas standing a little taller.  Thanks to the hard work of our membership and board, we were honored with the Three Diamond Award for Alumnae Associations.

This is our first award…and we’ve set the bar high.
